The Dubai Land Department (DLD) recently unveiled a significant update: individuals purchasing property valued at AED 750,000 or more will now be eligible for Dubai residence visas. This strategic move not only fortifies the Dubai real estate sector but also extends the opportunity for international citizens to establish residency in this captivating city.
Effective as of October 3, 2022, the UAE implemented new visa regulations, making long-term visas, such as the 5-year Green Residence Visa and the 10-year Golden Residence Visa, more accessible to foreign nationals. These changes were outlined by the Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security department of the country.
Guided by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Cabinet introduced comprehensive executive regulations on April 18. These regulations are designed to attract and retain investors and top-tier talent, aligning with the nation’s objective of fostering economic growth and development.
